Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Water Resources Practice Leader to shape and grow the Florida water, wastewater, and stormwater practice within the Southeast. You will lead project teams, mentor engineers, and drive strategic growth with municipal and utility clients.

You will provide executive oversight on major water infrastructure programs, build regional and national growth initiatives, and collaborate with leadership on talent recruitment and long-term development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• Florida PE license (or ability to obtain).
• 15+ years of water, wastewater, and/or stormwater consulting experience.
• Proven success leading teams, winning work, and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of Florida water infrastructure markets and regulations.
• Established industry relationships preferred.
• Experience working with Florida municipalities and state organizations in a consulting capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Florida water, wastewater, and stormwater practice.
• Develop and mentor engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
• Drive business development efforts, pursuits, and proposal strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
• Provide executive oversight for major water infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with leadership on regional and national growth initiatives.
• Support recruiting, succession planning, and team expansion.
