GFT seeks a Senior Project Manager / Water and Wastewater Design Manager in Florida to lead our Water Resources Design Team. The role blends technical leadership with client management, budgeting, and schedule control in a hybrid office setting across South Florida.

Ideal candidate brings 15+ years of water/wastewater experience, a Florida PE license, and a track record of coordinating integrated design teams, BD activities, and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil or Environmental Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 15+ years of water/wastewater experience with design and construction administration.
• Professional Engineer License (PE) in Florida.
• Experience leading integrated project teams with budget and schedule control.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, design and construction administration of municipal and industrial water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Mentor staff and guide business development activities to grow backlog and project revenue.
• Manage Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility design including basis of design, plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Communicate with clients and government agencies, coordinating project deliverables and compliance.
