Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Director to lead and grow the Florida water, wastewater, and stormwater practice. You will mentor engineers, project managers, and technical staff while guiding major projects and client relationships.

You'll drive business development, pursue opportunities, and shape regional and national growth strategies, with executive oversight and a commitment to recruiting and team expansion in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• Florida PE license or ability to obtain.
• 15+ years of water, wastewater, and/or stormwater consulting experience.
• Proven success leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Florida water infrastructure markets and regulations.
• Established industry relationships preferred.
• Experience with Florida municipalities and state organizations in consulting.
