Infinium Spirits, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager for Florida to drive brand growth across general and chains markets.

You will manage sales activities, build strong relationships with key accounts, and oversee a field-based team to meet Florida-specific targets. You will spend a significant portion of time in-market, leading joint calls, coaching distributors, and executing brand-building programs that support launches and promotions.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or related field.
• At least 10 years in alcohol/beverage sales with leadership experience.
• Proven relationships with executive chain buyers and category managers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Florida sales plans to grow volume and profit across all channels.
• Manage distributors and train teams to ensure brand execution and program delivery.
• Spend ~80% travel time in-market, coaching teams and visiting key accounts.
• Lead brand-building initiatives, including launches and promotions, with data-driven decisions.
• Own Florida P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
