Wildfire Beverage Group in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow our premium spirits portfolio across South Florida. You will build relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and key decision-makers, expanding distribution and driving market activations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or regional management experience within spirits, beverage, or consumer packaged goods.
• Established relationships within the Miami and South Florida beverage market strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage distributor relationships, and grow sales.
• Experience executing brand-building initiatives, promotional programs, and market activations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow distribution, visibility, and revenue throughout Miami and surrounding South Florida markets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Build strong relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and key decision-makers.
• Drive new account placements, menu features, promotional opportunities, and long-term brand growth.
• Consistently evaluate market opportunities and develop strategies to exceed sales objectives.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with distributor management, sales representatives, and key accounts.
• Work alongside distributor teams to increase brand awareness, distribution, and sales performance.
• Conduct market visits, account presentations, and sales meetings to generate new opportunities.
• Monitor distributor execution, inventory levels, and overall market performance.
