The role focuses on owning sales across Florida, presenting capital proposals to C-suite, and mentoring sales teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven orthopaedic environment. Hybrid work is available, with travel within the Florida territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum two years B2B sales and two years medical sales in orthopaedics or capital sales in medical devices.
• Experience selling operating room capital equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution across Florida, meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
• Develop and present capital proposals to C-suite decision makers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital executives and sales leadership.
• Structure financial solutions to move purchasing decisions forward and support installations.
• Manage a disciplined sales funnel with CRM, provide forecasts and territory view.
• Travel throughout Florida with weekly overnight stays.
