Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Regional Robotics Director, Capital Sales, to drive Florida territory growth for CORI XT. You will lead complex robotics capital opportunities from strategy to close, presenting capital proposals to C-suite executives and partnering with field teams to accelerate adoption.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in B2B healthcare sales or medical device capital sales, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required with strong consultative selling and leadership abilities.
• Minimum of two years B2B sales in orthopaedics or two years capital sales in medical devices.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and navigating complex capital sales processes.

Mansioni

• Own sales execution across Florida and meet/exceed annual quotas.
• Develop and present capital proposals to C-suite decision makers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital executives and sales teams.
• Structure financial solutions to move purchases for robotics installations.
• Manage a disciplined sales funnel with CRM, forecast monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the robotics sales team.
