Job summary

Palm Bay International seeks a Regional Manager to drive sales strategy and distributor leadership for a multi-brand portfolio in the Minneapolis/Milwaukee region. Qualifications

• Experience managing a direct sales team.
• Budgeting and pricing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish an annual business plan to meet target volume and profit goals.
• Monitor plan performance and develop contingencies and gaps.
• Monitor market conditions to mitigate issues and seize opportunities.
• Submit updates to plan and forecast as needed.
• Lead distributor relationships and optimize plan execution.
• Drive market assessments and translate into business plans.
• Coach and develop talent within the team.
