Job summary

POPLIFE is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Field Marketing for Florida to lead and grow key client business, including a major alcohol beverage supplier. The role oversees statewide field programming, experiential marketing, consumer activations and trade events.

You will manage senior client relationships, guide strategy from concept through execution, and lead a team of market managers and staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in field marketing and management
• Experience developing brand experience platforms and selling concepts
• Bev/Alcohol industry experience
• Agency environment; process-oriented and highly organized

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide field programs (specifically SFL) and on-site events
• Mentor market managers and staffing coordinators
• Develop program materials, decks, playbooks, training manuals, and operational guides
• Oversee asset inventory and storage with POPLIFE National Producer
• Develop and manage program budgets, revenue, profitability and overall account financial performance
• Lead client communications through status meetings, presentations and reporting
• Develop workback schedules and communication plans to keep milestones on track
• Lead post-program analysis and performance reporting with KPIs and ROI
• Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations for future programs
