Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to grow our Metallic and Ceco brands across the Florida Peninsula. You will own an established territory, develop customer relationships with builders and new clients, and drive sales growth in fast-paced settings.

The role requires 2+ years in building materials sales or sales management, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel 50-70% of the time within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience in building materials
• Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to consistent customer follow-up
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsabilités

• Own and grow your territory by identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and increase market share
• Develop customer relationships with builders, direct sale opportunities, and new clients
• Drive sales growth by balancing current business with proactive prospecting and new opportunities
• Sell industry-leading building systems across commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets
• Support product and software training through customer education and contractor programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the customer experience
• Provide responsive customer support in a high-volume environment
