Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive profitable growth in the Florida market. You will report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory, supporting the MBCI and Metal Sales Brands.

You will develop market plans, engage with subcontractors, general contractors and roofing contractors, and work cross-functionally to optimize the customer experience while demonstrating a deep product and market

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience.
Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials.
Pre-engineered metal buildings experience preferred.
Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses to opportunities.
Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week).
Bi-Lingual preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities

Sell to sub-contractors, general contractors & roofing contractors.
Develops and implements market plans with customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals.
Demonstrates a complete understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands’ products and systems in the market.
Understands key customer business and the critical measures driving each account.
Works collaboratively with internal departments to optimize customer experience and efficiency.
Ability to work with Operating Systems.
