Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a District Sales Manager for the Florida market. The role reports to the Regional Manager and drives profitable growth with sub-contractors, general contractors, and roofing pros.

The position requires at least 8 years of sales/marketing or sales management experience and familiarity with commercial construction and building materials. Travel will be heavy, with 50%–60% of time on the road.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience.
• Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials.
• Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% (2–3 overnights per week).

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Positioned within MBCI’s Commercial Roof & Wall segment with direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors, and roofing contractors.
• Works collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient execution.
• Travel and manage multiple projects in the Florida market while meeting revenue targets.
