Hy-Vee’s Floral Department Manager leads the floral team, ensuring product quality and exceptional customer service while driving department performance. You’ll oversee pricing, promotions, and order handling (FTD, Teleflora) to enhance shopper experience.

The role requires strong leadership, accuracy in inventory, and the ability to manage staff and budgets in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is based in-store with emphasis on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform duties (lift up to 100 lbs).

Responsabilidades

• Set customer service standards and department profitability.
• Greet customers and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process FTD, interstore, Teleflora, and internet orders.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop department staff.
• Plan schedules and weekly work plans; manage inventory.
