Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, counseling on plant and floral care, and creating arrangements to exact specifications.
• Lead floral clerks and train them on simple designs and daily tasks.
• Process and fulfill orders including weddings, funerals, and anniversaries; maintain confidentiality on order details.
