Hy-Vee’s Floral Department Manager in Red Oak, IA leads product quality, customer service, and department performance, guiding pricing, promotions, and both FTD and Teleflora orders. You’ll recruit and train staff, plan displays, analyze sales, manage inventories and store safety, ensuring freshness and a welcoming shopping experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set the standard for customer service and department profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop department staff.
• Process FTD, interstore, Teleflora, and internet orders with confidentiality.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and inventory replenishment.
• Analyze weekly sales, plan displays, and drive customer engagement.
• Oversee department bookkeeping and invoice processing.
