Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or floral environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Capacity to manage cash handling, invoicing, and department budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance, and department profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop department staff.
• Process FTD, Teleflora, and internet orders with confidentiality.
• Plan displays, promotions, and pre-orders to drive sales and engagement.
• Manage department inventory and ensure proper temperatures and storage procedures.
