Hy-Vee Inc. is seeking a Floral Department Manager to lead a creative, customer-focused team in the Floral Department. You will set standards for product quality, service, and department performance while managing pricing, promotions, and orders.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, plan displays and promotions, and analyze weekly sales to drive growth. Customer service and leadership are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over three years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set the standard for customer service, department profitability, and appearance.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop department staff.
• Process FTD, Teleflora, and internet orders with confidentiality.
• Plan displays, promotions, and pre-orders to drive sales and engagement.
• Manage pricing, inventory, and supplier relations; ensure freshness.
• Maintain signage, displays, and product quality; oversee shrink control.
• Oversee department bookkeeping, invoicing, and weekly scheduling.
