Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AE Brand Visual Standards and flawless Floorset execution. You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive replenishment, and ensure the store is guest ready with strong attention to detail.

You will partner with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities, maintain safety standards, and uphold AE policies while celebrating team wins and fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and brand standards.
• Ability to train and coach floorset teams.
• Proven focus on guest experience and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader via AE Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
