Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong visual standards and Floorset execution. You will train the Floorset team, drive productivity goals, and ensure replenishment and merchandising are optimally managed.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain AE Brand Standards, choreograph day-to-day merchandising, and keep the store guest-ready with a proactive replenishment approach.

Qualifications

• Experience driving guest experience through visual standards and merchandising.
• Ability to train and coach teams to execute Floorsets and replenishment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Help maintain brand standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
