Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join our store leadership team. You will champion AEO Brand Visual Standards, lead floorset execution, and partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to keep product moving and guest ready.

In this role you will coach a Floorset team, drive replenishment, and maintain high standards for guest experience. You bring a sharp eye for detail, strong teamwork, and a passion for merchandising and AE product.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience by ensuring store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments with leadership input.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reducing practices in line with company policies.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure store is guest-ready at all times.
