Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering world-class visual standards and guest-ready experiences.

You will drive Floorset execution, coach the Floorset team, and lead day-to-day merchandising and replenishment to maximize sell-through. You will collaborate with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities, maintain store standards, and celebrate team wins while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising knowledge and passion for visual standards.
• Proven ability to train and coach Floorset teams to achieve floor standards.
• Excellent guest experience focus and ability to drive store results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Floorset execution and training of Floorset team to Floorset standards.
• Support day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through actions.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across visual merchandising and displays.
• Promote a culture of recognition and teamwork to deliver guest-ready stores.
• Safeguard store safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.
