Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering top-notch store visuals and guest experience. You will own Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, and ensure replenishment and merchandising standards across the floor and stockroom.

You will collaborate to drive merchandising updates, optimize sell-through, and maintain safety and policy adherence while fostering a positive team culture and recognizing team wins.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on the selling floor and Stockroom.
• Ensure replenishment and day-to-day merchandising accuracy.
• Support merchandising updates and guest experience initiatives.
• Foster teamwork and celebrate wins with the team.
• Adhere to safety, shrink-reduction, and store policies.
