Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AEO Brand Standards across the store. You will drive Floorset execution, manage merchandising updates, and ensure the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment and sell-through actions.

You will mentor the Floorset team to meet productivity goals while maintaining visual standards, stockroom integrity, and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards
• Ability to train and coach floorset teams to achieve productivity goals
• Proven track record of maintaining floor standards and guest-ready stores
• Strong attention to detail and command of brand standards

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals
• Execute day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on the sales floor and stockroom
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure guest experience remains top priority
• Promote a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins
• Uphold store safety standards and shrink-reduction practices
