American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences and brand-standard floorset execution.

This role focuses on merchandising updates, replenishment, and maintaining a guest-ready store. The candidate should be detail-oriented with a passion for visual standards and a collaborative approach to working with the team to get the job done.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong eye for detail and brand standards compliance.
• Ability to coach and train store staff on merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your "thing"! You drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are executed to Floorset standards.
• You ensure your store stays in top shape by owning day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment, and you spot merchandising opportunities to act on.
• You support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh.
• You are a people person, championing guest experience and recognizing wins with the team.
• You help maintain store safety and shrink-reduction strategies in line with policy.
