Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader and keep our store aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards. You’ll execute Floorsets, implement marketing updates, and ensure the store is guest ready through effective replenishment.

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, maintain brand standards daily, and collaborate to drive a top-notch guest experience while safeguarding store safety and reducing shrink.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising and guest experience focus.
• Experience training and coaching Floorset teams.
• Attention to detail and visual standards.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings & weekends.
• Proven retail merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution and coaching of Floorset team.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on the floor.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins.
• Ensure store safety and shrink-reducing policies.
