Job summary

You will supervise merchandising, replenishment, and updates to keep the store guest-ready, while coaching the Floorset team and collaborating with leadership to drive results. AEO values teamwork and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring/rack layouts and planograms.
• Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills.
• Ability to train and coach store teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorset plans and train the Floorset team to achieve productivity goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through daily merchandising and replenishment.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and work with leadership to act on them.
• Support the merchandising team to keep the store guest-ready and fresh.
