Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in upholding Brand Visual Standards and driving Floorset execution. You will train the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and keep the store guest-ready with sharp merchandising updates.

You will champion guest experience, coach teammates, and help maintain policy compliance while balancing speed, accuracy, and store safety. This role emphasizes teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience in-store.
• Ability to train and coach the Floorset team to standards.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Solid retail merchandising and visual skills with retail work history.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Ensure store visuals reflect AEO Brand Standards across zones.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through, and replenishment activities.
• Identify opportunities and action plans with leadership to optimize layout.
• Foster teamwork and recognize staff; maintain guest-centric culture.
• Uphold store safety, shrink-reduction, and policy compliance.
