Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering on-brand visuals and Floorset excellence. You will train the Floorset team, drive replenishment, and ensure merchandising updates keep the store guest-ready while upholding brand standards.

You will champion a guest-first culture, collaborate across teams, and ensure safety and shrink-reduction practices on the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising and floor set execution skills.
• Ability to train and coach the Floorset team.
• Attention to brand standards and guest experience.
• Team leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• You drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team to meet product standards.
• Ensure store is guest-ready through replenishment and merchandising updates.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across merchandising, adjustments and replenishment.
• Foster a teamwork culture and celebrate wins with the team while prioritizing guest experience.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices on the sales floor and stockroom.
