Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is hiring a Merchandise Leader for our Brea store. You will lead Floorset execution and ensure visuals meet AEO Brand Standards, while training the Floorset team to achieve productivity goals and sustain guest-ready merchandising.

You will drive day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through improvements, partnering with leadership to seize opportunities and maintain a teamwork-focused environment that puts the guest first.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience with Floorset execution.
• Ability to train and coach store teams on standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorsets and ensure store is aligned with brand standards.
• Coach Floorset team and set productivity goals.
• Oversee daily merchandising, replenishment and sell-through actions.
• Support team to maintain guest experience and store safety.
