• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team to meet productivity goals and standards.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through day-to-day merchandising and replenishment.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan merchandising opportunities and action plans.
• Support the merchandising team in ensuring guest experience remains a priority.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction initiatives on salesfloor and stockroom.
