Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering the AEO Brand Visual Standards.

This role focuses on Floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store “guest ready.” You will coach the Floorset team, drive productive floorsets, and ensure all areas reflect brand standards. You’ll collaborate with leadership and your team to maintain a high-energy, guest-centric environment, while upholding store

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution through training and coaching, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Help the Merchandising Team Leader ensure the team maintains Brand Standards and is prepared for daily operations.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins while prioritizing guest experience.
• Uphold store safety standards and shrink-reducing practices in accordance with company policies.
