Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring Floorset execution, brand standards, and replenishment keep the store guest-ready.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, monitor productivity, maintain visual presentation across tables, bustforms, and displays, and celebrate wins with the team while upholding AE policies.

Qualifications

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorset plans and training to ensure top-to-bottom store standards.
• Lead merchandising updates and replenishment to keep stockrooms and sales floors guest-ready.
• Maintain brand visuals across tables, displays and fixtures with a proactive approach to opportunities.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to drive guest experience and shrink-reduction strategies.
• Contribute to a culture of recognition and teamwork within the store.
