• Must have retail merchandising experience and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to train and coach teams and meet floorset standards.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience by ensuring store reflects brand standards.
• Drive floorset execution by training the floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Assist leadership to ensure adherence to brand standards through merchandising.
• Champion guest experience and celebrate team wins.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction strategies.
