You will drive Floorset execution, training, and replenishment while maintaining sharp merchandising and a team-first culture.

You will partner with leadership to identify opportunities, optimize sell-through, and celebrate wins with the team, championing guest satisfaction and brand integrity daily.

• Lead Floorset execution by coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities and execute plans.
