Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to serve as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring stores consistently reflect AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will execute Floorsets, coordinate merchandising updates, and keep the guest experience at the forefront.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership to replenish and optimize sell-through while maintaining store safety and shrink control.

• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorsets and merchandising updates to standards.
