Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering outstanding guest experiences through flawless Floorset execution and up-to-date visual merchandising aligned with brand standards. You will train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and ensure effective execution of tables, displays, and stockroom organization.
