Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to serve as the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring floorsets and updates meet AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will train and coach the Floorset team, execute replenishment, and keep the store guest-ready with a sharp eye for detail.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to drive sell-through, maintain visual standards, and foster a culture of recognition. Strong retail background and flexible hours are a must to support early mornings,

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Retail merchandising and visual skills with prior retail experience

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on the sales floor and in stockroom
• Manage replenishment and sell-through adjustments
• Ensure guest experience is the top priority and celebrate team wins
• Uphold store safety and shrink-reducing practices
