Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering strong Floorset execution and visual standards across the store. You will train the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and ensure all areas reflect brand standards while driving replenishment and guest-focused service.

• Execute Floorset updates and merchandising revisions.
• Train and coach Floorset team to achieve productivity goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on sales floor and stockroom.
• Support replenishment and sell-through adjustments as needed.
• Promote guest experience and teamwork across the store.
