Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring Floorsets, visual standards, and replenishment uphold the brand experience. You will train the Floorset team, coach for productivity, and keep the store guest-ready with precise execution.

You will own day-to-day merchandising, adjust sell-through, and partner with leadership to deliver a consistently superior guest experience.

Qualifications

Love AE and Aerie products.
Strong organization and attention to detail; excellent priority-setting and time management.
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Strong retail merchandising and visual skills; history of retail work.

Responsibilities

Support driver of guest experience in partnership with Merchandising Team Leader to ensure store meets Brand Standards.
Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep store in top shape.
Foster a teamwork mindset and train others to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team while maintaining store safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.
