Job summary

MP Contract Flooring is seeking a Service Lead to join our team in flooring installation operations. Coordinate with builders, homeowners, installers, and coworkers to resolve service issues and manage orders from request through completion.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and can handle multiple priorities. Experience in flooring, construction, scheduling, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring, construction, homebuilding, scheduling, installation coordination, operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with builders, homeowners, installers, and coworkers to resolve service issues
• Schedule installers and service appointments
• Track service orders from request through completion
• Monitor orders and material status
• Keep builders and homeowners updated
• Review and approve installer invoices
• Handle invoicing and order entry
• Manage service activity using HeyPros and other industry software
• Follow up on open items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
