Service Pros Installation Group is seeking a Flooring Installation Coordinator in the United States who excels in customer service. This role partners with Lowe's Installed Sales staff and our contractors to ensure every flooring project meets client expectations and timelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, coordinating deliveries and installations, maintaining inventory, and following up with customers to confirm satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Basic tech skills to use multiple screens and Microsoft Office.
• Must be organized and efficient to support contractors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for accuracy and resolve issues.
• Schedule installations for customers and contractors.
• Review project details with contractors before installation.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up for satisfaction.
• Ensure inventory levels and stage materials for crews.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
