Service Pros Installation Group, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to orchestrate the flooring installation process for customers in their assigned areas, leading our in‑house team and delivering exceptional satisfaction while nurturing Lowe’s relationships.

You will oversee the Installation Coordinator Team, provide in‑store Lowe’s support and education, engage in the Lowe’s Executive/VIP Program, and ensure high‑quality installations that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service management experience requested.
• 3+ years flooring experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the Installation Coordinator Team.
• In-store Lowe’s support and education focused on sales.
• Engage in the Lowe’s Executive/VIP Program.
• Ensure high-quality installations that exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores.
• Manage warehouse functions, inventory, staging, and cleanliness.
• Negotiate pricing and authorize payments for services.
• Analyze job profit margins and inform decisions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and conduct site visits as needed.
• Provide guidance to installers and customers on installation and products.
