Qualifications

• Strong customer service or customer-facing experience.

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support preferred.
• Experience in home improvement, flooring, or service industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review service requests and determine next steps based on job details and documentation
• Verify and maintain accurate job information, records, and supporting files
• Coordinate and schedule service visits, inspections, and follow-ups
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process
• Monitor service progress and day-of-service activity through completion
• Resolve service issues with installers, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage follow-ups such as additional visits, materials, and inspections
