Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience (Or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating advantages of Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, providing project estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing and tracking orders, and following up to complete projects.
