Job summary

Superb Flooring & Design in Troy, MI is seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator to drive flooring sales from first contact to signed contracts. This on-site role combines sales, measuring, and quoting with light project coordination post-sale.

You will meet customers in our showroom or on job sites, measure spaces, prepare precise estimates, present quotes, and close deals while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with targets in flooring/home improvement/construction.
• Strong estimating and measuring skills for material needs and costs.
• Experience with RFMS or similar estimating software is a plus.
• Confident, consultative sales approach that guides decisions without being pushy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers at job sites or showrooms to assess needs.
• Measure spaces and prepare detailed, priced estimates and proposals.
• Present quotes and close sales; follow up on open estimates to convert leads.
• Manage pipeline of quotes and customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate handoff with installation team after sale to ensure accurate scope and timeline.
