Based in Missouri, you’ll rotate through departments such as Appliances, Flooring, Windows & Walls, and more. This role emphasizes customer service, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with team members.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer-facing sales or Lowe's experience.
• 1 year in sales or customer service with goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.
• Lowe's will support required sales-related licensure.

Aufgaben

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Be the point of contact for customers and vendors in your department, handling estimates, scheduling installs, processing orders, and following up for project completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to find merchandise and replacements.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and store communications.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
