Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience (Or 3 years external experience in customer-facing sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with sales goals or metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, providing estimates and scheduling installations.
• Support checkout functions and assist in store operations as needed.
• Train associates in the department and coach around development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
