Lowe’s is hiring a Sales Specialist who will engage customers on the sales floor, understand their project needs, and guide them to the right Lowe’s products and services. You’ll become a product expert, explain specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales.

You’ll work in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more, and be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences across store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a sales environment with goals/metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, provide project estimates, schedule installer visits, and track orders.
• In the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory and work with vendors to order replacement stock.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers as needed.
• Train associates and coach development needs on the sales floor.
