Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to provide friendly, accurate service on the sales floor and help customers complete their projects. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a pay range of $15.00–$20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions at checkout, stocking and merchandising, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas; keep it clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Demonstrate company values and safety compliance.
• Answer phones according to guidelines and assist in other store areas.
