Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks friendly Sales Associates to help customers find products and provide accurate service on the sales floor.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with a base pay starting at $15.00 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience. You will maintain clean, stocked areas, process transactions at POS, and assist in other store areas as needed while upholding safety and company values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required for some positions through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures and create price tags/signs.
